As an owner of two lofts at Avenue Lofts, I certainly appreciate and understand the loft lifestyle.  The neighbors and customers I meet are as unique and creative as the spaces they create and live in.  I don’t just sell lofts, I sell the lifestyle and all the exciting changes happening in Flagler Village and Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.  I am very in-tune with all the new development and projects that are bringing an exciting new vibe to Flagler Village, and I am a member of the Flagler Village Civic Association.  I have a unique understanding of the differences between the various buildings, floor plans, and features.

I have been selling real estate in South Florida since 1995. I am a native of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. After graduating from Ohio University’s prestigious E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, I headed to New York City where I enjoyed a successful career in marketing, communications, and public relations for some of the nation’s leading PR firms and national non-profit organizations. Tired of the corporate world, I moved to South Florida where I became a top-producing Realtor of luxury and waterfront property in the Miami - Fort Lauderdale market.
